We are unable to refund or cancel any orders. Please ensure that your orders are correct before making any payment. You can always drop us a message in the contact us page or Whatsapp us with your questions.

EXCHANGES

We regret to inform that we cannot exchange any order after it has been delivered as our products are made to order. You may request to change your item at least 24 hours before the delivery or self-collection date. Exchange is subject to availability. To request for an exchange, send us a Whatsapp with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

PRODUCT DEFECTS AND ISSUES

We will always do a quality check of the items and ensure that they are in good conditions before sending them out. Please inspect your order upon receiving and drop us a message in the contact us page or Whatsapp us with your order number immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can rectify the issue and replace your item.
