Delivery / Self-Collection
What is the delivery fee?
Standard Delivery:
We provide free delivery for orders S$60 (excluding add-on chocolate) and above shipped within Singapore. A delivery fee of S$19.90 applies to orders below S$60.
Express Delivery:
We also offer express delivery at S$20 for orders S$60 and above and S$39.90 for orders below S$60. Express delivery will be delivered within the first 2-hours of your selected time-slot.
Re-delivery:
Kindly ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and valid. A re-delivery fee of S$30 applies in the event of unsuccessful delivery or invalid address. Express delivery service is not available for re-delivery.
International Delivery:
We do not ship internationally due to the fragile nature of our products.
Can I do self-collection?
Yes. We offer free-of-charge self-collection at 25 Toa Payoh East, Singapore 310025.
Self-Collection Timing:
Mon - Sun, 11AM - 9PM
Please select the Store Pickup option on the cart page for self-collection. We will contact you prior to your collection.
Can I order now and receive it today?
We understand your urgency to surprise your loved ones with gifts. We will try our best to fulfill your request. Same-day delivery and same-day self-collection are only available for ready stock products.
You may Whatsapp our friendly customer service to check if your item is available for same-day delivery or collection.
What are the delivery & self-collection time-slots?
DELIVERY
We deliver from Monday - Sunday including Public Holidays (unless stated). Same-day delivery will be delivered within your selected time-slot. Orders have to be placed before your preferred time-slot to be eligible for same-day delivery.
Our delivery time-slots are between 9am - 1pm, 2pm - 6pm and 7pm - 11pm. We promise to deliver within your preferred time-slot. We seek for your kind understanding for festive seasons.
Kindly note that we are unable to amend the delivery date or time-slot once the order is confirmed. A S$30 charge applies for re-delivery.
SELF-COLLECTION
Our self-collection timing is between 1pm - 9pm. Kindly select Store Pickup on the cart page and we will contact you prior to your collection.Kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to change your collection date or time.
How do you deliver?
All orders are delivered by our delivery team. We ensure that our team deliver your delicate products to you with extra care and within your selected time-slot.
Are there any receipt attached on the item?
We know you want to give your loved one a surprise. Rest assured we've got you covered! There will be no form of receipts or delivery notes attached on the product.
Do you provide complimentary gift card?
Yes! We provide complimentary message gift card for every product ordered with hand-written message. You may leave your message for your loved one on the cart page and we will take care of it.
Where is my order shipped from?
We are based in Singapore. All our products are handmade and delivered from Singapore.
Exchange / Refund Policies
Can I exchange my order?
Exchange of product before delivery/self-collection date is subjected to availability. Made to order products are not available for exchange. To request for an exchange, kindly Whatsapp us at least 48 hours in advance.
Can I refund my order?
As all our products are handmade and made to order, we regret to inform that we cannot refund any orders that have been made. We highly encourage you to check your order before making payment.
Buy Now, Pay Later
What is Buy Now, Pay Later?
We have offered additional payment method, giving customers more options and flexibility in payment.
Buy Now, Pay Later allow customers to place the order and pay a fraction of the order value upfront while the balance will be paid in instalment via Atome.

Flowers
Can I have same-day flower delivery?
Yes we do same-day flower delivery. Do Whatsapp us if you would like your delivery to be made before 7pm.
Are the flowers real?
Yes! We use preserved flowers in all our flower bouquets, bloom box and flower arrangement. We want to give you the perks of being able to keep the flowers for a long time.
How long can preserved flowers last?
Preserved flowers can last for more than two years with almost no maintenance.

How to send flowers online in Singapore?
Sending flowers from online has never been easier. Simply choose the flower type and colour based on the occasion and recipient's preferences and we will have it delivered for you.
Buying flowers online is the best option for you want to surprise your loved one and sweep them off their feet without the need of you giving it by hand.
Rose Bears
Are rose bears made of real roses?
We know they look just like real roses. But they are actually made of polyethylene (PE) foam that last for a long time with no maintenance required.
How long does a rose bear last?
Rose bears can lasts for 10 years or more. The roses are made with high quality polyethylene (PE) foam roses that are resistant to dusting, tearing and degradation.
How many roses does it takes to make a rose bear?
It takes about 250 roses for a 25cm tall rose bear and 520 roses for a 35cm tall rose bear with a heart.
